Hi, I’m Angus. I develop and build attainable housing.
My experience comes from working at a small firm acquiring land and taking it through the design, financing, approval, sales, servicing, home construction, and warranty stages.
I’m also a board member of a non-profit organization making housing more affordable through shared appreciation mortgages and project financing.
In my spare time I like to learn and write about cities, housing, and real estate development. I’m often thinking about how cities can unlock human potential.
I update this page periodically as a way to share my thoughts, explore ideas, and learn by connecting with like-minded people.
